With this module, you can predefine tasks that need to be performed in succession, assign them to specific team members, set durations, and determine their order of execution. These task groups can be saved as distinct workflows, allowing you to design various processes tailored to different scenarios.

Once a workflow is assigned to a customer or lead, it initiates automatically, progressing through each task in the defined sequence. As each task is completed, the next one begins without manual intervention. Upon the completion of all tasks, the workflow is marked as “completed,” ensuring a seamless and efficient process management experience.
