Pushover – Instant Push Notifications for Perfex CRM
Description
This module allows you to receive instant Pushover Notifications on a number of devices when a support ticket is raised via your Perfex CRM by clients.
By enabling, you will be able to allow staff and yourself to get a push notification on their mobile devices when a support ticket is raised by a client, either via email (if you have this set up) or via the client portal.
Please note this is a group push notification on the following scenarios – I.e. everyone will receive the same notification who is part of the Pushover group
